At Route One, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely happy, you can return your unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
